About us

Wise Living is an established psychotherapy clinic with operations in Lund, Malmö and Helsingborg. Since its inception in 2009, we have been providing professional psychological treatment, counseling and support to individuals, couples and families.

We employ more than 20 licensed psychologists and psychotherapists with broad experience in various therapeutic areas – such as CBT, PDT, IPT, existential therapy, grief therapy and trauma treatment. We also have broad expertise in occupational health care and offer support for stress and work-related illness.

We accept clients within Region Skåne’s Vårdval Psychotherapy, through private assignments and through collaborations with several insurance companies. We meet people in different life situations – from life crises, stress and relationship difficulties to more extensive mental illness.

Our work is based on evidence-based methods, high quality and respectful treatment – always with a focus on each individual’s unique needs and conditions.
